• We are OPEN and operational through national lockdowns and any tiered regional restrictions.

• We are available to contact online as usual

• Staff and subcontractors will keep at least 2 meters away at all times

• Staff and subcontractors will not work in your property until installation of staircase

• Staff and subcontractors will bring their own kettles and utensils for tea & coffee

• Staff and subcontractors will not come into your house to use the bathroom – there will be a portaloo provided

• Staff and subcontractors will stagger times of work - plumbers not there when electricians are, etc.

• Staff and subcontractors will only access the hall, stairs and landing when it comes to working on the staircase

• Subcontractors will clear their workspace & remove any waste or belongings from the area at the end of each day

We take hygiene very seriously, and have procedures in place to ensure that you remain safe when we visit you and when we are working onsite.
